Vouchers
Vouchers given to you are non -transferable. In addition, they cannot be used in conjunction with voucher codes or other offers and must be redeemed on the date of issue, if provided.

Delivery
Please note that we will process and ship all orders within 96 hours (4 business days) of receipt of payment. The estimated delivery time provided will only be used as a guide and starts from the date the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the purpose customs clearance process.

Shipping Details

Postage every Monday – Saturday (except weekends and public holidays)
Parcels will be sent via Ninjavan. Orders are processed in groups according to the order number.

Delivery on Weekdays

– Orders before 12:00 pm will be shipped the next day
– Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be shipped next Monday.
– Tracking will be sent via email registered on our website.
– If the tracking number is not received within 3 days, please contact your seller. (Customer service / sales team / shipment)

Shipping for Pre -Ordered Items

– The delivery date will be displayed on the pre -ordered item on the website. Items will be shipped according to the date display.
– Your order will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive at our HQ.
– Your tracking and order will be processed once full payment is made and shipped within the given date.

International Shipping

Overseas shipments will use DHL Express. Shipping overseas takes a week but it can be delayed up to 2 to 3 weeks but it does not happen often. Expect possible delays because we cannot control the delay of package movement.

Domestic Shipping
Postage for domestic delivery is as below:

West Malaysia – RM 8
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15

For the first 1KG and subsequent additional grams are according to the Ninjavan Tariff Rate.

International Shipping

We charge based on DHL Express postage.

Returns / Exchanges:

1. Exchanges are reserved for cases of product defects, damage, or incorrect delivery. Exchanges are only allowed for items, colors and sizes of the same size as will be subject to the availability of the current stocks. Customer will be suggested to exchange to other items if the exchange items out of stock.

2. Items of sales and purchases made under promotions or with discount coupons / vouchers are non -refundable and non -exchangeable.

3. We will not attend exchanges for different colors, sizes and designs or incorrect purchases.

4. Examples of unauthorized requests:

“I changed my mind”
“I don’t like this design”
“The size doesn’t fit me”
“I want to change to another size”
“I want to change to another color”

5. The customer must first consult with the person in charge (team management) before proceeding with the exchange.

6. Items must be returned within 5 working days from the date of the official receipt with the mark still attached. Items must be returned in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all labels attached.

8. The customer must notify the person responsible for any reshipment for the exchange made and inform the movement of the parcel to us (tracking number). The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered safely.

9.Postage costs for the return of damaged items due to Pammela’s negligence will be borne by us but if damage or error on the part of the customer the postage costs will be borne by the customer. Please send a receipt for processing.

10. Please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp 010-825 4338 and provide your Order number, your name and address, Product details and reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.

11. The exchange will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned goods. Upon receipt of the Product, we will inspect it and we will inform you about the replacement status (if any) via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

12. Please note that the exchange of goods depends on the availability of stock. Once you send back your item, we assume you agree to our return policy.
